Connected vehicles will be more profitable in the coming years The majority of managers in the Automotive sector are convinced that in the future more income will be generated with the digital ecosystem   Eight out of ten managers in the automotive sector are convinced that in the future more revenue will be generated with the digital ecosystem that will surround the industry than with the mere sale of cars. Mini solar panels, the next challenge in medical devices The first tests have gotten energy to keep a pacemaker running   The skin can be a large solar panel that can power future medical electronic devices, according to the Annals of Biomedical Engineering. On January 3, this specialized publication showed a series of mini solar panels the size of a seal capable of transmitting electricity once implanted under the skin. The six-month investigation, which involved tests on more than 32 volunteers, revealed that these small devices are capable of generating power to operate pacemakers and other similar devices that require bulky batteries.   Participants who used the device for a week in the summer, fall and winter, while going about their daily routines. According to the data released by the researchers, the energy generated was an average of 5-10 microwatts higher than that required by a standard pacemaker. In the new study, sunlight and artificial light energize the panels, ...

What if Mark Zuckerberg were president of the United States? Visits to US states trigger rumors about a political career of the founder of Facebook   Every January 1, the majority of the population puts the counter to zero and begins to establish their New Year's resolutions. Go to the gym, learn a language or learn more about the United States. This is the goal of Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, for 2017. Specifically, he wants to visit the 30 states he does not know yet. Its mission is to get in touch with people and improve their brand and that of their company. But this initiative has raised the suspicion of the American media.   Does Zuckerberg want to be president of the United States? Maybe the founder of Facebook has not raised it or maybe yes. Last December, Zuckerberg's conversation with his directors spread and the topic of conversation was how to prepare for the political career without losing control of technology. A leak that has ended in court. "After ...
